New Horizons is a non-profit agency.

 

Board of Directors
A Board of directors governs New Horizons.  The Board of Directors is comprised of community citizens who volunteer their time to meet and make decisions regarding the facility.  The Board of directors meet the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00 noon, at New Horizons.  The meetings are open to the public.

Funding
Funds to operate New Horizons are provided by Title XIX.
